We had our property in Redbourn on the market for 15 months before our sale and purchase were completed, but this does not reflect on the ability of Ashton’s where all the staff were professional, welcoming and dedicated to achieving the correct result. On the purchase side we lost one property due to the vendor withdrawing, and we changed our minds and withdrew on two other proposed purchases. With the original purchaser of our property in Redbourn withdrawing due to the time we kept them waiting, Nick Robinson actually sold our house 4 times subject to contract, and on each occasion he found a purchaser within 10 days, an absolute unbelievable achievement in a difficult market. His perseverance was was so assuring to a client, and Tracie Phillips who dealt with my after sales service was absolutely brilliant in ensuring that the clients in our long chain came together to formulate a successful completion.
