Never have I felt my call was avoided, never have I felt I was a pain in the neck to you (even though I probably was!), never has anything been too much trouble and never have I regretted using you! I originally appointed a different local agent having had 5 quotes. Nick was the only one who just kept in touch - now and then - not intrusive in any way but just to let me know they were there if we changed our mind - and we did. Ashton's service has been honest, prompt and always courteous. In a chain of 6 Tracie was the only agent that actually worked tirelessly to secure exchange of contracts going above and beyond every day. Steady and calm throughout she was always ready to do whatever was needed to keep things moving. Our house is perhaps at the higher end of the Redbourn market and initial guidance from friends was to look at the "higher end" agencies but I honestly couldn't disagree more. Nick, Tracie and the whole office treated us like their only client - I've just heard they're simultaneously dealing with a very large number of other sales/exchanges.
