Nick and Tracie dealt with the purchase of our new home. They were both extremely professional and I would thoroughly recommend Ashtons. Nick in particular went over and above what you would expect and managed to keep the purchase on track when it was looking like it was all going to fall apart. I would definitely use Ashtons next time I move house, but hope that won't be for a while!

I've used Ashtons twice in the last two years to sell a property and then to buy a new one. On both occasions the whole team, Nick and Nick, Andrew and Tracie supporting me through the process keeping stress levels to a minimum and keeping me informed of all developments. Just sold our house through Ashtons in Redbourn. It had been on with another agent for 7 months with a local agent but Ashtons sold it within 4 months. Not all estate agents are the same. The location of Ashton's various offices means that marketing is wider and the staff are knowledgable about the areas they cover, which helps prospective buyers. Feedback is available on an online portal which is useful. The team who sold our house: Andrew, Cathy, Tracie, Robert, Alix and Gill were all highly professional and very efficient. I can definitely recommend Ashtons.
