Robin and the team at Winkworth Reading were amazing for the sale of my property. After a disaster and my first estate agent (they had the property for over five months) Robin and the team managed to sell it it with in a week at my requested amount. However, they were not just about the sale though as I have gone through the sale and purchase process there has not been a question they have not be able to assist with whether it was about a potential house even with another agency or recommending local firms to assist in the move. The service through out has been great they have communicated continually, I have never had to chase for an update they have provided information ahead of requested and sometimes even before I knew I needed it. I was lucky enough to get Robin's services, not through my own clever pick of estate agents, but through my seller. Were it not for Robin's professionalism and hard work, I don't think the sale would have gone through at all. I had a call from him pretty much every other day to keep me updated on the progress of my sale, and actively got involved when complications arose with my solicitors to make sure things were getting done. My own estate agent (Yopa) was absolutely awful and not only did nothing to help, but seemed to actively make things worse. This is a lesson for everyone. Don't go with online agents. Pick a traditional agent. You get what you pay for. And if you go with Winkworth (and Robin specifically), I think you get even more. Can't thank him enough.

Excellent service finding us a new tenant for our flat, found one offering full price in only a week, we had come to them as the other lettering agent had not found anyone suitable and had suggested we reduce the rent offered.
