However, from first contact with the estate agent (Robin), to the viewing, and throughout the entire process, Winkworth have been brilliant. They have been highly professional, honest and understanding of my circumstances, always maintaining a regular line of communication to provide updates and quick to respond to queries. Overall, I am very pleased with the service Winkworth have provided and with the agent who dealt with me, particularly considering the limitations we have faced as a result of COVID-19. If you want to sell your home worry-free and for an excellent price - definitely go with Winkworth. Could absolutely not recommend Winkworth more! Especially Robin! We got valuations from three estate agents back in summer. One massively underestimated our flat's value, the other overestimated to the point it was obvious they just wanted our business and would reduce the price after a week or so. Robin from Winkworth however took the time to go through the valuation with us in detail, explained what he thought our place was worth and why, showed us similar places and what they sold for (he knew the name of every single client for countless sales which was impressive!). He clearly is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about his job and took our opinions and worries very seriously. In the end he managed to sell our place for our top end sales price, our "if we achieve this we will be VERY happy" price, before our place was even listed. He also helped us throughout the process of finding a new place to buy. We had a really tough journey, not even counting the difficulties of finding a place during Covid. We had a house fall through after being jerked around by the vendors and the house we now finally exchanged on was tricky to get to this point (vendors are divorcing which caused delays). Robin gave us advise, ensured communication between us and our buyers was smooth and chased our vendor's solicitors (who were useless) relentlessly to ensure everything progressed. It was an incredibly stressful time for us and Robin was the one person that kept us calm and sane. This is probably the longest review I've ever written, but we just can't thank Robin and the team at Winkworth enough for all they have done for us. Thank you!

The easiest way to put it - Winkworth are great as what they do . Michael helped get our property listed really quick ! And from there on Robin was brilliant - orgainsed the viewings at our convenience and when we had accepted an offer he kept us updated regularly .
