Having met and worked with a number of estate agents, I can report that Robin Miles is without a doubt the most reliable, honest, efficient, hardworking and genuinely caring one and I’m very glad I chose Winkworth to market my property. His approach to valuing a property is unique and makes a lot of sense! He always obtains price related feedback following viewings to ensure his pricing is on track. The marketing materials and photos (Robin took himself) were of an excellent quality. Within the first week of being live, there were many viewings booked – Robin was respectful at booking these at times convenient for me, whilst encouraging me to be flexible when potential buyers that he had carefully qualified were only available at certain times. The property was soon under offer. Robin handled the negotiations very professionally, and got me the offer I needed. He was then extremely dedicated to ensuring the chain stayed afloat. He worked tirelessly to find me a new home, even showing me round a property that was not officially being marketed yet as he knew he was perfect for me. He kept everyone in the chain completely up to date, regularly checking that my buyers were still happy to wait. On the day I put an offer in on a house, these buyers pulled out, but there was absolutely nothing more Robin could have done to avoid this. After remarketing the property and trying different strategies, Robin took the proactive step of offering another agency a share in the fee to also market the property (at no extra cost to me). I couldn’t be happier to recommended Robin (and Winkworth in general – all the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we spoke).
