After a disaster and my first estate agent (they had the property for over five months) Robin and the team managed to sell it it with in a week at my requested amount. However, they were not just about the sale though as I have gone through the sale and purchase process there has not been a question they have not be able to assist with whether it was about a potential house even with another agency or recommending local firms to assist in the move. The service through out has been great they have communicated continually, I have never had to chase for an update they have provided information ahead of requested and sometimes even before I knew I needed it.
