I was lucky enough to get Robin's services, not through my own clever pick of estate agents, but through my seller. Were it not for Robin's professionalism and hard work, I don't think the sale would have gone through at all. I had a call from him pretty much every other day to keep me updated on the progress of my sale, and actively got involved when complications arose with my solicitors to make sure things were getting done. My own estate agent (Yopa) was absolutely awful and not only did nothing to help, but seemed to actively make things worse. This is a lesson for everyone. Don't go with online agents. Pick a traditional agent. You get what you pay for. And if you go with Winkworth (and Robin specifically), I think you get even more. Can't thank him enough.

These guys exceed all expectations, Fact! Having been a Landlord for many years, I made the mistake of using one agency for maybe 15 years. I assumed having worked with them so long they would be my trusted advisers. After having a few too many problems, i approached James Hathaway and Jame Old. Both James' are extremely knowledgeable, know the market and know there stuff! Having taken their advice on rental expectations and when to market the property, the property was let in days!! The new tenants where screened extremely well and are fantastic. Before anyone says it's easy to let a property if you reduce the rent, the advise was a rent increase based on knowledge of going rates!
