As a first time buyer, the process of buying a first home was an unfamiliar and quite intimidating prospect. However, from first contact with the estate agent (Robin), to the viewing, and throughout the entire process, Winkworth have been brilliant. They have been highly professional, honest and understanding of my circumstances, always maintaining a regular line of communication to provide updates and quick to respond to queries. Overall, I am very pleased with the service Winkworth have provided and with the agent who dealt with me, particularly considering the limitations we have faced as a result of COVID-19. I will certainly be recommending them to anybody considering a move.
