Just finished my tenancy after little over 3 or 4 years, can't fault ryder and dutton at all anytime a fault was reported it was fixed straight away, sarah green was the lady who dealt with me for inspections, she was always helpful with everything always asked to see if I'm OK and how I'm getting on it's nice to have had an estate agents who actually look after Tennants just as much as they do for the landlords highly reccomend

Excellent staff and a very professional yet personal approach to service. Due to my nature of business, I have numerous interactions with many estate agents across the north west, on a weekly basis, however this Rawtenstall branch stand out above many and they are always very successful and pleasant interactions, swift responses with no problems.
