Myself and Chloe Just wanted to send you guys an email to say thanks for the past two years. We have loved the house and it has been a great starter home for us. Ryder & Dutton have provided us with a great service over the past two years from house inspections to maintenance issues being sorted quickly and efficiently. A special thank you to Sarah Green who we have had dealings with right from the start. Sarah has provide a great service and always helped with issues that we may of had even if it just meat forwarding our issues to the correct department. We also wanted to say a big thank you to your sales department for helping show us properties when we were looking to buy in the area. In the end we did purchase a property elsewhere because it suited us more but still, the help you gave us to get viewings of your property was perfect. We will always keep Ryder & Dutton in mind if we ever decide to sell up and move in the future.

I've rented 2 properties through R&D over the last 5 years and find the team at Rawtenstall excellent. I would say that wider R&D are not very helpful on the rental side, but Rawtenstall fight your corner and get the best outcome. Sarah in particular has been brilliant to deal with and her problem resolution skills are first class. Maybe some in the wider R&D teams need to take a look at how Sarah sorts stuff out first time and is balanced for landlord and tenants. Others talk the talk but Sarah walks it too!
