I had rented through Ryder and Dutton since 2008 and for the majority of that time was lucky to have my main point of contact as Rachael originally (who still remembered me when I had to call their Finance side where she now works - how wonderful was that for customer service). I just received the keys to my new home, after viewings from Sarah, and admin completely by Rachael. Sarah was wonderful showing me around properties, and really listening to my needs, and wants, and safety aspects that were really important for our new home - she did so without judgement at all, and I felt really listened to, and valued as a potential new tenant - so thank you so much :) It is honestly, the smoothest and least stressful move I've ever done, and nothing has been too much trouble. Throughout the whole process of moving our elderly parents, Ryder and Dutton in Rawtenstall were fantastic to deal with.
