I've rented 2 properties through R&D over the last 5 years and find the team at Rawtenstall excellent. I would say that wider R&D are not very helpful on the rental side, but Rawtenstall fight your corner and get the best outcome. Sarah in particular has been brilliant to deal with and her problem resolution skills are first class. Maybe some in the wider R&D teams need to take a look at how Sarah sorts stuff out first time and is balanced for landlord and tenants. Others talk the talk but Sarah walks it too!
