I just received the keys to my new home, after viewings from Sarah, and admin completely by Rachael. Sarah was wonderful showing me around properties, and really listening to my needs, and wants, and safety aspects that were really important for our new home - she did so without judgement at all, and I felt really listened to, and valued as a potential new tenant - so thank you so much :) It is honestly, the smoothest and least stressful move I've ever done, and nothing has been too much trouble. Rachael has been emailing back and forth with any updates, and all very professional, but personal too - Thank you Rachael! :) I received a lovely new home box, which just topped off receiving the keys to our new home, absolutely perfectly! Just finished my tenancy after little over 3 or 4 years, can't fault ryder and dutton at all anytime a fault was reported it was fixed straight away, sarah green was the lady who dealt with me for inspections, she was always helpful with everything always asked to see if I'm OK and how I'm getting on it's nice to have had an estate agents who actually look after Tennants just as much as they do for the landlords highly reccomend
