I had rented through Ryder and Dutton since 2008 and for the majority of that time was lucky to have my main point of contact as Rachael originally (who still remembered me when I had to call their Finance side where she now works - how wonderful was that for customer service). The remaining years I have dealt with Sarah Green who I can say has provided great customer service, has always been quick to respond to any queries and been really friendly and can highly recommend. Excellent customer service and very good long rental experience.
