Myself and my boyfriend recently moved into a property last year together under the management of Robinson and Jackson; since moving in, we have had easily accessible contacts to the property management team when needed and they have helped us along the way until the matter is completely resolved, with very quick responsive times via email. We would like to personally thank Shannon and Sarah-Jane who have helped us with any issues we had, as they have been responsive, professional and very friendly to work with :)

I had a good experience with the team at Robinson, Michael and Jackson. Natalie, Nikki, Petra. We had a few teething problems which all got worked out fine. We are happy with the tenant referred to us by the company. We will use them again when their services are required. I would recommend RMJ to any landlords looking for an honest, professional estate agent in this area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

This is the first time we have had dealings with RMJ and we would definitely recommend them. From the start the staff were friendly and helpful. They kept us up to date with regards to the sale of our property and also the purchase of our new house as well. Dealing with RMJ was easy, and this helped with all the stress that comes with moving house. Thank you to all the staff that have helped and assisted us.

Very good experience. Agents weren't pushy at all and let the property speak for itself. The agent was also helpful in facilitating the conveyancing process when it hit the usual skids with solicitors. As a first-time buyer, couldn't complain at all about them.

Lied about sellers using the same solicitors and said it would make it smooth process if we used the same as them, however we found out the seller used a different solicitor midway through the process.Wish the sales team would have just been honest rather than taking advantage of us ,considering we was first time buyers. In other news Nina was very helpful and updated us often, she’s the only reason why I’ve given them a 3 stars and not lower.

I have mixed reviews about RMJ in Rainham.. at the start of my 11 month long purchasing process they were fantastic, really responsive and were keen to get me ready to move in. Towards the end of the process I found myself chasing and chasing for answers which they simply weren’t telling me. In the end my solicitors were giving me more accurate information and updates. The long process was not their fault due to the first chain breaking down and the second having land title changes done half way through the process instead of at the start. I’m a first time buyer and can honestly say I have never been through such a stressful process.

Thanks for the review Danny. It was an extremely hard set of circumstances with the move, none of which you could control yourself. The first chain fell through due to the seller at the top changing their minds, Covid-19 lockdowns (x3) and then the new chain being part of a housing development where the title of the subject property had to be transferred to a company name before we could proceed to exchange of contracts. Any one of these circumstances is extreme, to have all of them in one transaction is unheard of. Thank you for your patience with this. You were told everything that we knew, even though the information did not relate to your actual purchase. The information came from me, your solicitor was unable to tell you the information as it was a conflict of interest due to the fact that hey were also acting for another party in the chain. I was very happy to get you to the exchange and delighted to have finally completed your purchase. I hope you and your new family are very happy. Lee

Contacted for a property listed on Zoopla near wimbledon. Lovely staff and very helpful. However, the advert was showing false location as it was outside london. When addressed it, i was still asked to view the property and got completely ignored on my report. What is more frustrating is that the address on the advert got changed too. Very disappointing and a time waste. False advertising!! Be aware!
