My deposit was deducted unfairly i was advised to be paid in 10 days. it has been 14 days and still not paid and communication fails in their office if I was given the option i would give no star at all. I would advise that please do not have any dealings with both Sarah Jane and Kelly (property manager) as they talk over people and not listen to them and Kelly is really intimidating and can really upset people.

Gutted with RMJ they already accepted my offer and they said the house sold by me but apparently they still accept offer from other buyer without letting me know. They didn't say anything about other buyer. They just called my husband and straightly said that the house is just sold by other buyer !!! Very unprofessional..dissapointed!!
