We’ve recently had an offer accepted on a house but as first time buyers, we were unsure of exactly what to do next. Manning Stainton in general have been head and shoulders ahead of all of the other estate agents I used in my recent house purchase. I registered with Linley and Simpson, William H Brown, Castlehill, Hardisty and probably other's I can't even remember. Within a week the level of communication and engagement from the teams at both the Pudsey and Headingley offices of Manning Stainton absolutely dwarfed all the others to the extent it really became clear that MS were the only place my new home was likely to come from. Juggling work and family life myself, the fact that MS took ownership for my house hunt, and chased and asked for feedback regularly I suspect knocked months off my hunt. It never mattered whether I called either office, or the call went through to their HQ, the agents were always well informed of my situation and helpful. I work in customer service myself and MS were the only agency who provided customer service to me as a buyer, rather than leaving me to do all of the leg-work and chasing. My heart-felt thanks to all the team at both office, but particularly to Rachel in Pudsey who got me over the line!

Manning Stainton were brilliant with our recent sale\purchase. From the initial valuation through to completion they were friendly, professional and informative. Can't thank Debbie and the whole Manning Stainton team enough for everything they have done over the past few months. Despite a really challenging chain, Debbie has gone above and beyond to ensure that the sale progressed and without her I don't know what I would have done.
