From start to finish the service provided by Manning Stainton was excellent. Charlotte Murrie and Claire Hale were extremely friendly and great communicators throughout. Firstly coordinating viewings to our needs and following up with feedback; and then being proactive during the sale managing all parties. The process was so easy for us and help was given to us every step of the way. The communication was fantastic with weekly updates via email and phone were given as to the state of our buying process. They were also very helpful in getting us linked up with a mortgage solicitor and broker.

Thank you for your help, patience and understanding. A lot has changed since I last bought a house27 years ago. I was worried I wouldn\'t be able to navigate the hurdles but with your help it was pretty ..shall I say easy. The most important thing for me was the photography was spot on with room sizing and proprty condition. I'm in the process of completing on my dream house at a good price.
