I was kept updated regularly by SMS advising about viewings and contacted by telephone with feedback. It was very easy dealing with the Pudsey team. I am sure I won't remember all their names but during this journey I must have spoken to them all. I don't have a bad word to say about any of them. Excellent and professional service. We can’t fault the service we received from Manning Stainton. From the very beginning they were really helpful and professional and gave us great advice about price and the best way to market our house. Our house was listed on the 3rd of Jan and sold Subject to contact in less than two weeks. Potential buyers seem to have been matched well to our house. We always received feedback the following day from viewers when ever possible. If the viewers were not able to be contacted the next day they were always followed up as soon as possible. Debbie was so helpful and all in all a really excellent professional and friendly service.
