From our house falling through on a Friday, Manning Stainton were able to set us up with a viewing on a Sunday afternoon within an hours notice they really helped us out. Hamzah set us up with the initial viewing, of which he went the extra mile in setting this up at short notice with staff who stayed behind to let us view the property. On the Monday, Manning Stainton, in particular Debbie Cubdill, helped us secure the property just by being available and communicating regularly and keeping contact open. We went through a lot in our move with several people in the chain, solicitors, other estate agents and challenges along the way but the turnaround and communication when Manning Stainton joined our process made us happy new homeowners.
