From the start of our search for a new home, all the way through to having an offer accepted, the service we received from the team at Mannings far exceeded our expectations. Whilst booking in viewings, we spoke with Georgia who was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the properties we were interested in. It was very clear that they represent the vendors very well, as Georgia was able to answer all our initial questions and told us about her own visits to the houses, pointing out key features that she loved which really helped build a picture of the home before our visit. From the service we received, we knew we wanted to buy through Mannings and was able to find the perfect property. Throughout the negotiation/offer stage we were helped by Deborah who again represented the vendor and ourselves extremely professionally. One thing that always surprised me was the way they always answered my calls with ‘Hello Michael’ as their phones must link to their system so shows who is calling. I think this is such a great way of adding a personal touch and makes you feel mattered. Would recommend Mannings to any prospective buyer or seller.
