Buying my first home and so far Rachel at Manning Stainton has been straightforward with her phone calls and swift at getting back to me when negotiating an offer with the seller. Gloria was also lovely and very helpful when viewing the property I have now had an offer accepted on, also giving ideas on how I could potentially extend and improve the property. Hopefully the rest of the process goes this smoothly!

Manning Stainton Pudsey have been fab so far with my house purchase. When I viewed the property it was refreshing to see they had lots of information to hand and were able to answer so many of my questions there and then, which didn't seem to be the norm when I viewed properties with other agents. Amy Marshall was so warm and friendly and provided regular updates through the offer stage and was quick to give advice on the stages of the purchase journey and to intro me to a solicitor. Overall a really positive experience so far!
