I dealt with Briony who was very professional and easy to deal with from the start. Making the process relatively easy and kept me in the loop with feedback etc. A couple of frustrations with the Manning service was there seemed to be a lack of communication between colleagues internally. I would agree to complete a viewing myself, and a viewer would turn up, happened on a couple of occasions. There were also times where 2 viewings turned up at the same time, thankfully I was able to do both. Not major in the grand scheme of things but definitely room for improvement.
