After having a few agents come around to value our home for sale, we decided to go with Manning Stainton. John (The agent who completed the valuation) shared great local knowledge to help our sale and expertise of the proess ahead, putting us at ease from the first visit. Debbie then handled our sale being our point of contact through the trails and tribuations of the process. She was efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. She really couldnt have done any more, from timely responses keeping us up to date, to a positive mindset when the chain hit stumbling blocks.
