We had a viewing that ended up being a bulk viewing on Sunday with the lovely Mel. She was very helpful, informative and any questions she didn't have the answers for she made a note to ask. Despite there being quite a few people looking we didn't lack for her attention or feelings under serviced and she made sure to include everyone around when giving out information.
