After getting valuations from a couple of local agents I decided to use Red Hot as Melanie took her time to explain certain things the other agent didn’t even mention. The whole process of selling a home, no matter what the circumstances, is stressful but the team were sensitive and thoughtful in their approach. Most of the communication was by email, which suited me and my working days. We had to find rental accommodation to dovetail with the sale and Trudie went above and beyond to assure this happened.
