Friendly group of staff. Phone was always answered and emails replied to. If they didn't know the answer then would find it out and call or email back promptly.

Really helpful Princes Risborough branch of JNP. They were happy to facilitate multiple visits to the property, were prompt with replies to communications and responsive to requests. Sue H was particularly great. It was a smooth process and as stress-free as it could be. Would use when I sell the property in the future.

Could not provide a stronger recommendation for Sue and everyone at JNP! JNP sold our house very quickly and Sue was an absolute powerhouse at chasing all the solicitors and estate agents in the chain in order for us to exchange and complete to a deadline. This is the second time we have used JNP and I cannot rate their professionalism any higher!

The team at JNP were so helpful in making our move happen with the least possible stress. If I could give 10 stars to Sue,Matt and Nick at JNP I would! Their level of professional was outstanding from start to finish,but more than that was the warmth and friendliness I felt all the way through the process of selling our house. Sue especially was my rock all along and when things got tricky she kept me sane with her calm and great sense of humour! I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for the best possible estate agents. Thank you all so much!
