JNP Estate Agents - Princes Risborough

This is the second time I've sold my house through JNP Princes Risborough - Simple reason: The whole team are friendly, efficient and just get the job done. Sue has been brilliant (again!) from start to finish ... She takes all the hard work out of any decision making. Sue is super professional, always positive, approachable and no amount of work appears to be too much trouble ... (or at least she's really good at hiding it!) My house sale has been stress free once again. Thanks so much to Sue and all the team - See you again in a few years no doubt!

I can't thank Sue enough for her help in my partner and I buying our first home. From the start, Sue was incredibly proactive and attentive, ensuring that both my partner and I were always in the loop. She kept us updated with every change, making the entire process much smoother than it actually was. It felt like she was always one step ahead, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. I would highly recommend JNP, especially Sue to anyone looking to buy a home!

If you are buying or selling a house In the Princess Risborough area I strongly recommend Sue at JNP (she is brilliant) She has been great from the start to exchange always keeping us informed by phone or email which is exactly what I wanted when selling my house

Sue and her colleagues have really impressed us. They have gone above and beyond in making sure we were happy at every stage in the process. In particular Sue was brilliant at progress-chasing and also reassuring us when there were delays. She kept us up to date more quickly than the agent selling our own house! Nothing was too much trouble. Lucky people if you're selling your house through her office.

We recently completed a very long and stressful purchase of a probate property, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without the incredible support from JNP—especially Sue Harper. From the moment our offer was accepted all the way through to final completion, the communication was absolutely fantastic. Sue went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely caring and personable—it really felt like she was in it with us every step of the way. She even recommended a brilliant cleaning company and a gardener to help us get the property move-in ready, and both were exceptional. After months of waiting and navigating a tricky process, we were finally welcomed into our new home with a thoughtful gift box from Sue and the team—a lovely touch that meant a lot to us. Thank you so much for your dedication, patience, and support. We can’t recommend JNP enough!

Very helpful and extremely patient with us during a very protracted sale. Can't recommend them enough.

Sue, Matt and Nick were all fabulous with our recent sale. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to help with any little issue or questions. Second time we've used JNP and we wouldn't use anyone else in Risborough!

Sue and Matt were knowledgeable, efficient and helpful and made the process of selling my house stress free.

We recently bought our property through JNP and it was a smooth process throughout. Whenever there was an issue Sue was fantastic at resolving and moving things forward. Sue's feedback and guidance was invaluable; both during initial sale and also completion administration.
