Phenomenal work from JNP. We gave them the challenge of selling our property after we'd moved to the other side of the world. Throughout the whole process, operating with significant time differences etc. Sue and the team were on top form. At all times I felt like I understood where things were at. I also felt like I understood our buyers and their motivations throughout, which really helped during what can be a stressful process for all parties. Things did get a little warm towards the end as we were edging close to the new financial year, but that was mostly down to the solicitors and the fun and games with sending documents across the globe. But, thankfully, with lots of help from the JNP team, it worked out in the end to the satisfaction of everyone involved. Great work and highly recommended.

Not your stereotypical estate agents. From start to finish, the team here were friendly, proactive and actually made it feel like they were genuinely wanting to help, vs there to do a job. As a buyer in the process with JNP, (so technically not their client), I felt supported the whole way through, this was particularly thanks to Sue. With her help we were able to go from offer acceptance to completion in just under 7 weeks. Nothing felt like too much effort when asking for help and she maintained a great communication channel. The team and Sue remained professional throughout whilst also ensuring they offered a personable touch. If I was to need to sell my property I would 100% be doing it with this team.
