This is the second time I've sold my house through JNP Princes Risborough - Simple reason: The whole team are friendly, efficient and just get the job done. Sue has been brilliant (again!) from start to finish ... She takes all the hard work out of any decision making. Sue is super professional, always positive, approachable and no amount of work appears to be too much trouble ... (or at least she's really good at hiding it!) My house sale has been stress free once again. Thanks so much to Sue and all the team - See you again in a few years no doubt!

Really helpful Princes Risborough branch of JNP. They were happy to facilitate multiple visits to the property, were prompt with replies to communications and responsive to requests. Sue H was particularly great. It was a smooth process and as stress-free as it could be. Would use when I sell the property in the future.

In spite of a few problems by the original buyers, the sale of the property has now been made to new buyers. This second transaction went smoothly due in no small part to the wonderful work, in particular by Sue Harper who went to extraordinary lengths to help us. Matthew Terrell Watch also very professional and helpful. We would certainly recommend JNP!

Friendly group of staff. Phone was always answered and emails replied to. If they didn't know the answer then would find it out and call or email back promptly.

Sue and her colleagues have really impressed us. They have gone above and beyond in making sure we were happy at every stage in the process. In particular Sue was brilliant at progress-chasing and also reassuring us when there were delays. She kept us up to date more quickly than the agent selling our own house! Nothing was too much trouble. Lucky people if you're selling your house through her office.
