Normie were the second agents I used as I felt let down by the first ones. All I can say is I wish I'd chosen them first. Nigel and then Nicole were amazing. Our move was handled by Nicole and I thought she and Normie were thoroughly professional and polite. Nicole was very communicative and helped chasing the conveyancers throughout the process. You all were so friendly and polite throughout the whole process from start to finish. It felt like i was home as the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I still want to sit on joshs' and nigels' knees. Haha. I am recommending you to some friends of mine who are wanting to sell their home too..
