We were delighted with the support and advice we received from the Normie team at Prestwich; particularly Nathalie, who’s advice resulted in securing a better than expected sale price and Nicole who doggedly chased all parties to expiate completion of the sale. Nicole kept us up to date on progress and effectively communicated with good humour. Worth every penny!

My experience of selling my house with Normie estate agents was very satisfactory, trouble free and helpful. My reason for choosing Normie was because Natalie who came to view the house to begin with was warm and sympathetic and took the trouble to sit down and discuss things with me unlike other agents I had consulted. The description and photos which went on line were excellent and attracted several viewers two of whom put in an offer. Once I had accepted an offer Nicole became responsible for liaising with myself and the buyers and the appropriate solicitors. Together with the solicitor she was able to solve any problems that arose efficiently. She was almost always available on the phone and soon got back to me if not. At all times the staff were respectful, pleasant and positive. Through all the negotiations in this process Normie's gave the most satisfactory service. I would recommend them to any potential sellers.

They were absolutely excellent to deal with, very helpful with chasing the sellers solicitors when I purchased my house from them, they also stayed on the toes of my solicitors which helped keep everything on track, From Nicole helping with these, to all the help with viewing the property multiple times and the whole team were really friendly and welcoming, I can't thanks them enough. great company to deal with and in all honesty I am not a massive fan of estate agents after past issues, Normie are the complete opposite and very helpful

David Ryan assisted me with finding my new tenant. He was so professional from the get go and took the stress out of the process. He was extremely communicative and kept me upto date along the way. From advertising to viewings, referencing to closing the right tenant it all happened very quickly and found me a perfect tenant. I'd definitely use Normie again next time and will recommend too.

From the moment queen Natalie Coolly walked through the front door with her hands in her pockets, I knew I'd chosen the right company. She knew her market, she knew the clients that would suit as buyers and she told me politely to " house doctor" the place. She was upfront, honest and knew what it would take to sell the property with no guff and I liked that. Fast forward to the sale process, where the lovely Nicole took over and honestly this girl is not paid enough for all she does! She kept me up to date, answered all my questions, it wasn't the easiest of sales but she handled the seller and the buyer like a champ, liaising between us. Considering we must have been one sale process of many, I honestly don't know how she finds enough hours in the day. Give Nicole a raise or a promotion Normie! she deserves it. Imagine if she wasn't there! Yep..unthinkable. In all, a great experience dealing with Normie Estate agents and would highly recommend them for an honest reliable service. Miss you already! :0)
