They were quick to respond to any questions or enquiries I had all the way through the process, from the initial listing of the house, to viewings and finally through the purchase/sale process. Emails and phone calls were always returned. Never once were Normie pushy, which is something I often read online about estate agents up and down the country. Every person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, whether they were actively involved in my sale/purchase or not.
