Hi David, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, let me apologise if a member of our team was rude, this is not acceptable, and the matter will be investigated. Due to exceptional demand for rental properties, we do require an applicant to complete a short application form, this should take no more than a few minutes to submit. Our feedback has been that this step is preferable to wasting considerably more time, in traveling to a property and viewing it, when an applicant may not fulfil the referencing criteria, or in your case the landlord’s specific requirement.
