I can't thank or praise Sharon highly enough. The sale of my fathers flat went through quickly and smoothly to my great surprise as due to his ill health, it was in a terrible condition and I would have thought it pretty unsellable. There were a variety of very complicated legal issues that required attention before the sale could go through and she was fantastic at keeping me informed at every stage of the proceedings. I must add that I live in the UAE so I was not around personally to attend to things all of the time.
