I would highly recommend David Mintz at Normie & Co. He is always striving to improve the agency and find ways of helping Vendors achieve the highest net price for their biggest tax free asset as well helping Landlords maximise their investment.

I recently purchased a property through Normie & Co. Despite the usual frustrations of purchasing a property with conveyancing delays etc, Normie & Co was very good in chasing the appropriate personnel to expedite matters. They also did a good job for their client in persuading me to offer over the asking price! I would happily recommend the services of Normie & Co.
