We used Normies to sell our house and from start to finish they were incredible. The house was professionally viewed, photographed and marketed and sold in a short space of it. From this point on we were dealing with the Sales Progession specialist Nicole B. To say she was amazing is an understatement. She oversaw and took on the few issues we had with one of our buyers and made it such a seamless transition to our new buyers in a very stressful situation. When it came to exchanging and completing, this would not have happened if it wasnt for Nicole going above and beyond to ensure that it all went through on time and smoothly. I had the pleasure of using Normie & Co to sell my late fathers property and all the team were extremely professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, the sale didn't go as smoothly as planned, with buyers dropping out on a couple of occasions but the team, especially Nicole acted very professionally on our behalf and dealt with any matters arising. They were very quick to get the property back on the market and new viewings arranged as soon as possible and eventually the right buyer came!
