I couldn’t recomend or praise the team behind Normie & Co enough! We sold our house during very difficult life circumstances. This also coincided with the sudden interest rate increases which impacted the housing market. With numerous obstacles and shortcomings from other related parties; inefficient and irresponsive solicitors, mortgage providers and and two last minute fall throughs due to chain breakdowns, we had a lot against us!!! But despite all that, this amazing team did the impossible and got it over the line third time around!! I’ve never come across an estate agent with this level of efficiency, professionalism and service mindset. They covered every single aspect of the process to perfection. Josh did the spot on valuation which was realistic and acceptable by the buyers and their lenders all three times. He was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. He handed us over to sales negotiators Jaymes and Nathalie who where fantastic at what they did. Josh was constantly briefed with all the updates and continued overseeing and helped out many times when required during the entire process. Despite his very busy schedule he was always responsive. But there’s one more person that I would forever be grateful to: The sales progressor Nicole!!! The most amazing, efficient and dedicated lady that I’ve come across. Her role was the most crucial in the entire process. With her excellent communication skills she worked so hard to follow things up and keep us in the loop all the time. But most importantly she saved us weeks if not months of time wastage and stress caused by insufficient solicitors. As we had two fall throughs during the final stages, Nicole had to start over three times!!’ No one else would’ve be capable doing this. Thank you Nicole.

All were brilliant in what was a very stressful sale & purchase (which was not through any fault by Normies). In Particular, Nicole deserves a medal(or better still a rise) for her persistence sorting out the problems made by others. Great team. Best I've ever used in over 40 years. I would highly recommend Normie when you come to choose an Estate Agent to sell your property. Normie were great on my long house buying journey. Nicole kept me constantly up to date with issues regarding probate and personally went out of her way to push the sale through. Couldn't recommend more.

I can't recommend Normie highly enough. Nigel made the start of my sale process so easy with his efficiency in coming out to valuate my property and then returning within the week to take photos and getting it up for sale. Viewings were swiftly arranged and I accepted an offer a week after going on the market. From there on Nicole took over as my sales progressor and I can't thank her enough for her help throughout. She kept in regular contact and ensured I knew what was happening at every stage. Even when my solicitor was very difficult to contact she never gave up and ensured she did everything she could to prevent any delays. If I ever needed an estate agents in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Normie again.
