Fantastic service from beginning to end. Josh was so informative and knowledge when we first met, offered great advice both with our sale and the purchase of our next house. Our journey was far from easy but we always had someone at the end of the phone. Nicole was amazing at keeping us informed and chasing up solicitors when we were getting nowhere. Really think we would not have completed on time if it had not been for her. She remained calm and accommodating throughout, nothing was too much trouble. I chose to use Normie & Co to sell my late father-in-law’s house after finding them the most professional from the initial meeting with David Mintz through having numerous conversations with other staff, James, Natalie & Josh who kept me informed of viewings and feedback and later with Nicole Bradburn who ensured that the process and paperwork needed to complete the sale was in order through liaising with solicitors of the buyer and my solicitor. Over all, the staff were polite and personable both over the phone and in person. An excellent service from start to finish.

I sold my house recently with Normie and am so pleased I chose them. I have nothing but praise for the way they dealt with the whole process, which was not problem free. My buyer dropped out unexpectedly but Normie were able to find another buyer within days and worked hard to ensure that the chain was repaired and that we were able to complete quickly so avoiding incurring stamp duty fees on my purchase. Please anyone reading this, do NOT be tempted to use a cheap on line estate agent - where this company really earned their fee was after I had accepted the offer - Nicole the sales progressor, in particular was amazing, she made many calls each week to ensure my sale progressed quickly, something I'm sure the on line companies would not do.
