I recently sold my four bedroom detached home in Whitefield with Normie & Co, and having initially sat down with a number of different estate agents, it quickly became clear that Normie was the right choice. Used Normie on a let-only basis for my flat in Prestwich and dealt with David throughout. He was excellent. He gave me a lot of his time, answered every question I had properly rather than fobbing me off, and got the property let without any fuss while I was in the middle of moving out myself. He also went out of his way to recommend tradespeople for repairs, which saved me a lot of hunting around. Whenever I called the office the rest of the team were helpful too. Genuinely good natured and easy to deal with, which counts for a lot when you’re juggling everything at once. Would happily use them again.
