I bought my house through Normie and they were actually really good to deal with. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kept me updated on what was going on. Nicole checked in with me quite a bit and let me know where things were up to which I appreciated because the buying process can get a bit confusing. There were a few hold ups with the solicitors but Normie kept chasing things and made sure it didn’t go quiet which helped a lot. Communication was decent and I always felt like I knew the next step. Overall had a good experience buying with them, so grateful for the help, and will be back when I resell.

Very good, professional and helpful. At the beginning, they were excellent at marketing the property and included social media e.g. Instagram and Facebook. As a result, they we're able to generate good interest which led to offers. At this stage, they were also very helpful advising us on selecting the most appropriate offer and therefore a realistic buyer.
