Absolute shambles - I had an offer accepted on a property. I was in regular communication with Octavia with a number of calls throughout the week to show progress and recieved an email to say the offer has fallen through. EDIT: I've spoken to the operations director via email and he echos that everything was fine. Be wary before using this estate agent
