I'll be honest, I chose Karl Tatler estate agents mainly because their garden plans are fantastic and as our garden was our biggest selling point it was a must for us. I now realise there are many more reasons to choose Karl Tatler particularly as they sold my house for the full asking price in 1 day and got me a cash buyer!! I just couldn't have asked for more especially as we had found our forever house and really didn't want to lose it. The effort and the speed in which they got all the details out to customers on their database and then onto Rightmove and their own website was amazing, but it doesn't end there, their after sales team keep the momentum going and keep me informed every step of the way (they have in fact just called me to give me an update as I was typing this out!) and their online property tracker details app is fantastic and gives you a clear view of the sale at every step of the process. They may not the cheapest estate agent but they are worth the extra and definitely earn it.
