This was the first time I have used Nicholas Humphreys to find tenants for my student house in Portsmouth. Ben Lacey Birch couldn't have been more helpful and had found me a group of tenants within two weeks of advertising the property. I will definitely use them again.

Honestly the best agent I have ever meet and will ever meet. After meeting Ben, Tracy and Jamie life as property investor got better they are all reliable honest and market the property better than any agent in Portsmouth. For example; this year we refurbed property completely took while therefore advertised in August in 10 days they secured us 5 great tennants for September. I market with other agents I find them to make excuses all the time from now on I will continue to market Humphreys each year . Ben and the team are great with tennants and really good at selling. Their new office is the heart of Portsmouth which is accesible for tennants and landlords. My parents have been landlords for 20 years and always found petty problems with lot of agents that majority of them lie and all they know is to lie I can already name 5 major agents. Lot of the time they are impossible to work with or leave our properties empty and last of the worry and come with excuses especially in Portsmouth. Frankly we have never meet any decent agents who can make sales. So if your landlord like ourself looking for great return and work with great people advertise with only Nicholas Humphrys ? P. S I hope they keep the same staff as all are great.

Five Stars are not enough for the amazing service which is provided by Ben and his staff at Nicholas Humphreys. Having dealt with previous agents, I can confirm that I would highly recommend their services. A reputable company with a personal service for both a landlord and a tenant.

Very knowledgable office, let my house in Southsea within one week for Student next year. They have taken professional photographs, work over the weekend and late into the evening. Impressed with their service and looking to take their managed service in the summer.

We had a lot of issues in the house we were renting and it took emails after emails to get them to solve it. Our biggest problem was when we had issues with our bills provider and while we were trying to solve the dispute they weren't not responsive and not cooperating. Unfortunately their communication is very poor, which is extremely annoying when you are seriously interested in investing in a property. I had to contact the office multiple times after not hearing anything - when they had said they would contact me. I also emailed them with no response.

Uncontactable. I sent a message on their site 2 months ago, still waiting for a call back!
