Terrible Estate Agents, DO NOT go with them to rent any property

Would never use this shower again. Repeatedly told them about dark mould problem on their inspections and nothing was done and they never mentioned it again. However, when it was time to get deposit back I was hit with extortionate costs for decorating etc caused by the mould. When chasing up what was left of the deposit I was fobbed off and lied to and emails ignored. Eventually got partial deposit back as I think they got fed up of me chasing it.

Poorly run estate agents. Lack of communication between them. Trying to squeeze more money out of you. Don't pay back what they owe on time. I'd Never heard anything good about them and I found out from my own experience as to why. Will not be using again. Please avoid these dodgy unprofessional guys/girls.

Kings estate is honestly one of the most difficult estate agents I’ve worked with. We was promised a fully furnished house with bills included. When the contact came they decided to switch up what they said, luckily we had evidence that they had said this. In our home we have been complaining about the pest problem we’ve been having as well as the other additional problems and we would rarely get a response from kings or it would never be resolved. They are very quick to say it’s the tenants fault when in fact the pest problem is the landlords! We got in contact with previous tenants of the house in which they said they also had mice, but when we spoke to Kings their response that they had from the landlord was ‘they can pay for it it’s not my problem’ when in fact it is! They have poor communication between themselves and us the tenants as well as the landlord and his contractor.

Do not rent from this agent! I recently rented a small flat in Portsmouth with Kings Estate Southsea. During my stay there the flat had continuous unsolved water leaks. In addition to that I had a problem with hot water supply to the flat for 1 whole month before they got someone to fix it. Even after I moved out, they incorrectly informed the City Council regarding my tenancy end date, making me liable for almost an extra month of council tax. This was ridiculous Overall very bad experience, do not recommend renting from them
