There is only one thing stopping me from giving 5 stars which is; we put in an offer at the same time as another potential person, during the offers stage we felt very unnecessarily pressured by the person handling this and left in the dark as to what was expected. Other than that the viewings with Oliver who is very friendly ( but not over the top like other agents) and helpful. Then the process after our offer was accepted. Catherine kept us well informed each week and was very helpful and friendly with any questions.
