I first put my house on the market in 2018 and sold pretty quickly, however due to 2 house purchases falling through I decided to put it all on hold. The guys at Starkings & Watson were very good and compassionate about this and offered advice. They kept the property on their books for over 2 years until I was ready again. Did a great job getting viewings booked and quickly sold again. Annie (who has now retired) was fab at keeping on top of things, chasing solicitors etc. All went through smoothly in the end. From our initial phone calls with Chris to negotiate the purchase price of the property, to keeping us upto date with the latest government information regarding the property move due to Covid, we were kept informed and upto date at every stage. I have used a few agents over the years and although Starkings didn't manage to sell my house it was a pleasure to deal with them all. James who I usually spoke to is a joy to deal with and so friendly. Can't recommend them enough.

This is the third time we have used Starkings & Watson to sell our property. The sales team was faultless, and we could not recommend Carl and the team enough. We would not hesitate to use them for the sales side of things in future, but feel that the after sales let them down this time. There was a lot of miscommunication towards the end, and we felt that only receiving updates once a week (and only on a particular day of the week) for the majority of the transaction was not really sufficient. On two occasions, we were given poor excuses for not receiving a response to our email. We would like to shout out Sarah in the Brundall office who did go above and beyond towards the end of the transaction, and really helped to get things moving.

Friendly service and good communication. Chasing team weren’t aware we had exchanged very quickly as our solicitors didn’t tell them (I thought the chasing team would ask rather than wait to be told) Also a little disappointed our house keys weren’t at our nearest Starkings and Watson office on completion day. Other than those small issues they advertised a house we wanted and facilitated us buying it. Recommended although you generally don’t get to choose the estate agent when you purchase a house!
