Thankyou for your kindness and professionalism, during a difficult period of my life and not to mention the Covid-19 pandemic. Ultimately, the right buyer was located for my property and I can advise that, I'm settling in nicely to my new home in Norwich.

We recently bought a house through this agent and the experience was good. There is only one thing stopping me from giving 5 stars which is; we put in an offer at the same time as another potential person, during the offers stage we felt very unnecessarily pressured by the person handling this and left in the dark as to what was expected. Other than that the viewings with Oliver who is very friendly ( but not over the top like other agents) and helpful. Then the process after our offer was accepted. Catherine kept us well informed each week and was very helpful and friendly with any questions.

Superb service from the entire team - communication is strong, professional and very responsive to phone calls / emails. There was poor communication between the numerous number of team members we dealt with in seven months. Frustrating telephone system too.

Unfortunately our experiance of Starkings and Watson was overwhelmingly negative. The process started quite positvely with a rapid offer on our property but they were also dealing with the house we wished to purchase which is where their inadequacies were exposed. Extremely poor commuication from the sales progression team who never seemed to know exactly what was going on. We felt lied to and mislead thoughout and ultimatley cost us financially and mentally. Could never recommend and would certainly never use for a sale or purchase again.

Stephen - I am sorry to read your review. I can see my team have been in touch, but the complaint centred around the condition of the property which you purchased, and items they left in the property. When a sale completes, as estate agents we have no control over the next steps, this is for the solicitors to deal with. Our local Poringland office went above and beyond, working with the old owners. I can’t see any issues with the sales progression during the process, and as always we can only rely on the information we are given. Our local branch manager will call to Follow up. Chris.

False advertising all over the place. Every time i call to book a viewing its always fully booked, even tho property is just been added to zoopla and other websites. Even after emailing them they still claiming that property is fully booked but for days its still on zoopla and other websites. Really looks like dodgy letting agency.

I am really disappointed to read your review. We market all of our properties correctly and honestly. The letting market is extremely busy, and with our large list of tenants, we are securing a high number of viewings within a few hours of commencing marketing. It can take several days for the viewings to go ahead depending on the tenant living in the property, so you may see a few days before we market as let agreed. It would be dishonest to mark as let any earlier. Hopefully we have your details on our system and i can call you tomorrow to discuss. Chris Starkings
