Very easy experience. All of the team in the Poringland office were very helpful and had regular communication from Catherine dealing with the sale. However we did not complete the sale after not finding onwards we will happily use S&W in the future.

Very professional with excellent attention and communication at all stages of selling house in Loddon. Pre-appointment tips and whole sales process was so good. It took two weeks from marketing, two dozen viewing and numerous bids to sell the house above guide price. Their online IT system allowed me know where each step of process was at. Overall, all the staff were superb, available when required and managed closing brilliantly. Would highly recommend this firm .
