I first put my house on the market in 2018 and sold pretty quickly, however due to 2 house purchases falling through I decided to put it all on hold. The guys at Starkings & Watson were very good and compassionate about this and offered advice. They kept the property on their books for over 2 years until I was ready again. Did a great job getting viewings booked and quickly sold again. Annie (who has now retired) was fab at keeping on top of things, chasing solicitors etc. All went through smoothly in the end.
