The entire team are very knowledgeable in relation to shared ownership sales, they offered guidance and supported prospective buyers to understand whether they would be eligible to purchase and how to go about registering in order to buy. Viewings undertaken by Steven were well managed and resulted in multiple offers. The sale was then progressed by Catherine who progressed the sale quickly and was lovely to deal with.
