I have dealt with Starkings and Watson on many properties. Whether rentals of my own or indeed sale of my own house which is much more personal. They are a very easy company to deal with and the staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I have dealt with other estate agents over time but would only deal with Starkings and Watson now. They are polite they always call you back in some cases out of hours to ensure i have correct information for viewings or details required for selling and renting. Overall a professional company with genuine values that look out for you the client.

I've been dealing with Starkings & Watson for a while now in my search for the perfect property! They keep in regular contact so you never feel forgotten. When I did find my property, Stephen arranged a viewing really quickly and was lovely to deal with. The vendor I am buying from also said the same about him! I put an offer in and I heard back very quickly from S&W. They then didn't waste any time in keeping the whole process ticking along and providing me with a mortgage broker to the point I had an MIP the same day! And have since provided me with Solicitors details. It's been a great experience dealing with Stephen and Carl and I'd not hesitate in using them again.

Cannot recommend them enough! Chris starkings gave us good advice, an honest and realistic valuation and managed our expectations right from the start. Ollie took amazing photos of our property and took the time to look around our property and write a thorough description. Carl and team at Poringland were efficient and informative and communicated with us regularly. We got lots of viewings that were expertly organised with little hassle for us. We got 3 offers in the space of 1 week for our property. They were fantastic and I would definitely use them again.
